Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot automatic gate systems and access control equipment. This role is focused on problem-solving, efficiency, and getting systems back online without repeat issues.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair gate operators and access control systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and communication issues
  • Repair or replace motors, boards, wiring, loops, and safety devices
  • Program remotes, keypads, and access systems
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly
  • Document service work and report system conditions
  • Maintain service vehicle and inventory

  • 5+ years experience in gate automation or related service field
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with low-voltage systems and control boards
  • Ability to work independently and make field decisions
  • Valid driver’s license

Position Details

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Depends on Experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Overtime is available, if needed
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of gate automation or related service experience
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
Typical start time: 7am – 4pm
