Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on gate systems
  • Lubricate hinges, rollers, tracks, chains, and operators
  • Test safety devices including loops, photo eyes, and lasers
  • Inspect access control systems and wiring
  • Check batteries and backup systems
  • Identify issues and report recommended repairs
  • Complete maintenance reports with notes and photos

Position Details
